Ritivel provides AI-powered regulatory automation software for the life sciences industry, including but not limited to Clinical Study Report generation, CTD automation, and regulatory search capabilities. Our services are designed for deployment within your organization's infrastructure.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the software
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the services without authorization
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Ritivel and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your data and content processed through our services. By using our on-premise solutions:

• Your data remains within your infrastructure at all times
• We do not access, store, or process your content on our systems
• You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data

While our tools are designed to assist with regulatory document preparation, you remain solely responsible for ensuring that all submissions to regulatory authorities comply with applicable requirements. Ritivel's services are intended to augment, not replace, professional regulatory expertise.

We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ritivel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.

Termination
